Our thermal break aluminum French hinged door is produced for villas. The frame uses thermal break aluminum profiles, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. It is glazed with double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating. Hinged glazed leaves bring in daylight and open fully for access between rooms or out to a patio.
Hardware and sealing include German-origin hardware and EPDM gaskets or silicone sealant. Surfaces receive a powder-coated finish. Insect protection options include optional insect screen. Sizes, glass specification, and hardware finish are made to order, so units can be matched to project drawings or replacement openings. Units ship in multi-layer protective packaging to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a 5-year warranty.
