Certification applies to specific series and configurations. Ask us which documents cover your order.

A reference window and door package for single-family villas in Florida and Gulf Coast wind-borne debris regions. It combines impact-oriented thermal break aluminum systems with laminated insulating glass and coastal-grade finishes.

A reference package for detached homes in heating-dominated Canadian and northern US climates. It centers on triple glazed, thermally broken tilt and turn windows and insulated doors that keep interior surfaces warm.

A reference envelope package for mid-rise mixed-use and office buildings in North Carolina and the wider Southeast. It combines storefront glazing and entrances at street level with operable and fixed windows on upper floors.

A reference package for boutique hotels where every guest room opens to a balcony or terrace. It focuses on quiet, durable sliding doors and windows that withstand heavy daily use.

From drawings and samples to pre-shipment inspection, Incoterms and customs paperwork: the sequence that keeps a fenestration import on schedule.

Laminated glass, design pressure, missile and cycling tests, and product approvals: what coastal projects need from impact-rated windows and doors.

Narrow sightlines change how a facade reads, but every millimeter removed from a frame shifts structural and thermal work somewhere else.

Send us your opening schedule, drawings or a list of sizes with the operation type for each unit, plus performance requirements, glass, finish and destination. Our engineering team reviews the information, asks questions where needed, and prepares a detailed quotation listing the profile series, glass make-up, hardware and packaging.
Yes. All windows and doors are made to order. Sizes follow your schedule, frames can be powder coated or anodized in many colors with different interior and exterior colors, and glass, hardware, screens and divided lites are specified per project. We confirm every detail on shop drawings.
Selected series are documented as NFRC certified or tested in accordance with NFRC procedures, and others carry CE, AS 2047 or ISO 9001 documentation. Many use IGCC/SGCC certified tempered insulating glass. Coverage varies by series, so we confirm documentation for the configurations you need.
Units are protected with multi-layer packaging, five layers on many series, including protective film, corner guards and cushioning, then packed in non-fumigation plywood crates sized for the units. Crates are labeled with unit tags so your site team can identify and unpack them efficiently.
Our product lines include online technical support, spare parts and return or replacement under warranty terms, with on-site inspection, training or installation support available on selected series. Warranty terms vary by series, and several carry a 20-year transferable warranty. We confirm the terms with your quotation.
Yes. We export to North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and other markets. We can quote on FOB, CIF or other Incoterms, coordinate with your freight forwarder, and provide the commercial documents your customs broker needs. Send sizes or drawings and we'll come back with an itemized quotation, glass options and freight to your port.
