Windows Door Factory manufactures this 70S NFRC tilt and turn window for villas and kitchens, with a design suited to US projects. The frame uses thermal break aluminum profiles with a 1.8 mm wall thickness, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. The glass package is double-glazed tempered IGCC/SGCC certified insulating glass; triple glazing is available. One handle controls two modes: the sash tilts inward from the top for secure ventilation or swings fully inward for cleaning and airflow.
Specification includes German-origin hardware and EPDM gaskets or silicone sealant. Insect protection options include a magnetic insect screen and optional fixed or retractable insect/solar screens.
