Our 95S three-panel floor-to-ceiling tilt and turn window is produced for hotels and apartments. The frame uses 6060-T66 grade thermal break aluminum profiles with a 1.8 mm wall thickness, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. Glazing is double-glazed tempered IGCC/SGCC certified insulating glass with a Low-E coating; triple glazing is available. One handle controls two modes: the sash tilts inward from the top for secure ventilation or swings fully inward for cleaning and airflow.
Hardware and sealing include domestic or German hardware and EPDM gaskets or silicone sealant. Surfaces receive a powder-coated finish. Insect protection options include a magnetic insect screen and a choice of three screen types. This model is NFRC certified. It is also listed as Energy Star qualified. A nailing flange allows quick, simple installation in North American wall construction. Units ship in five-layer protective packaging to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a warranty of more than five years.
