This aluminum round top arched window is engineered for villas. Frame and sash are made from extruded aluminum alloy profiles. Glazing is double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating; triple glazing is available. Shaped frames are built to the elevation drawing, so arches and other non-rectangular openings can be glazed to match. Design details include an arched top.
Hardware and sealing include German-origin hardware and an interior and exterior double sealing system and EPDM glazing gaskets. Surfaces receive a powder-coated finish. It includes a folding screen. It is listed as Energy Star qualified. Sizes, glass specification, and hardware finish are made to order, so units can be matched to project drawings or replacement openings. Units ship in non-fumigation plywood crates to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a warranty of more than five years.
