Windows Door Factory manufactures this 163S architectural wood crank out casement window for hotels. The frame combines an aluminum exterior cladding and a timber interior in imported red oak, so the room side shows natural wood while the weather side stays low-maintenance. It is glazed with double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating. The hand-crank operator pushes the sash outward smoothly and holds it in position.
Hardware and sealing include German-origin hardware and EPDM gaskets or silicone sealant. Surfaces receive German-brand water-based paint on the timber, offered in custom colors to RAL references. It includes a folding screen. This model is CE certified and tested in accordance with NFRC procedures. Sizes, colors, glass specification, and hardware finish are made to order, so units can be matched to project drawings or replacement openings. Units ship in multi-layer protective packaging to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a warranty of more than five years.
