Designed for villas and apartments, the 163S double tempered clad wood casement window is built to order in our factory. The frame combines an aluminum exterior cladding and a timber interior, so the room side shows natural wood while the weather side stays low-maintenance. It is glazed with double-glazed tempered IGCC/SGCC certified insulating glass. The casement sash seals on closing, while the wood interior gives a natural finish.
Specification includes invisible hinges with hand-crank hardware in black, bronze or white and EPDM glazing gaskets. Surfaces receive a powder-coated finish and water-based paint or stain on the timber. It includes a magnetic insect screen. This model is NFRC certified. It is also listed as Energy Star qualified. Glass specification and hardware finish can be customized for each project schedule. The product carries a warranty of more than five years.
